I saw a post about this once, but when I tried to search the forum I couldn't find it. How are people handling games in their cab that require the CDROM to be present? I thought there was a "virtual CDROM" program, but I'm not sure.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks. Brian

I haven't used one of these in quite awhile, but here is a link for one. http://www.virtualcd-online.com/default_e.htm (http://www.virtualcd-online.com/default_e.htm) I know when Windows XP first came out these types of programs would not work with it but that may have changed by now.

yes... I use the daemon-tools virtual cd-rom also... it is fast.. and works very well.. supports many image types!
I love it for those games that require the cd to be "in" for cd-audio or something similar..

I use one called CD Space that is excellent.

Also the paragon cd emulator has good support. You can also control it through the command line via a batch file. I've got this set up on my cab so I can load Unreal and Quake II through GameLauncher
