Hi, I looked in search but couldnt find anything like this. I just got a 17" Tatung touch screen monitor and built a sitdown game machine cabinet. I want this to be able to play blackjack, poker, ect games like on real video poker machines. does mame do this? or what? if not, is there any software games that do this?

mame doesn't currently have any. They just added some gambling games, but if you look at them, most are in bad shape, and pretty sucky.
there are some poker games for the pc which should do it.
Or look at the fruit machine emulators out there.

As an aside, if you're also interested in video slots, there's a series of software made by Masque (Click here for website) (http://www.masque.com/).
Some of the recreated slots in the series include those that still sit on casino floors today. Like Soap Opera, Betty Boop, etc...

I bought one of these machines (http://www.mameworld.net/maws/set/usg252) at an auction for 10$. Surprisingly the roms have been in MAME for a long time (I guess, since there was never any payout).
Anyways, the rom includes mini game including variations of poker and blackjack. But they're not touchscreen. The original unit used 5 red "hold/draw" and a couple function-type buttons.
