Are they plugged into the same outlet? If so, try a good/better power strip, or put them on different outlets. You could also try a power filter. I suppose it could be RF interference as well, but generally when I've seen this, it's coming over the power line.

They were both plugged into the same power strip to begin with.

Well I would try some more shielding. Get an old computer case or sheet of metal and see if placing it inbetween the pc/tc helps.
Also pay close attention to the cables that feed your tv - its more likely the interference is being picked up in the signal cables than the tv itself. Make sure those cables don't run near the pc or any of the pc's leads.

Thanks for the input tristan and silver. I have found the problem. It was my power supply in the computer. I switched it out, and the interference with the TV's went away. I'm glad that's all it was.
