Not sure about the FE's, but here is a project (http://www.mini-itx.com/projects/spacepanel/) that has detailed instructions to build a parallel interface for your LCDd controller and also has a link to a windows driver for the T6963C.

Thanks for the link. Its every bit of information I need. I get the LCD display up and running tommorow. Look very easy to do too.
