Tell me how this is even remotely legal. I wonder if they even send you anything or just keep your CD's. With the telephone number you'd think that someone could go after them.

Please feel free to contact me either by e-mail (Photopod@gmail.com) or by phone (917 340 3851) in case you have any questions.
Thats phone number is a Stanaphone number, basically an internet calling service. There's no way you can track that user as he could be anywhere in the world. I know because I use the same service. ;D :police:

AHA! I get it. My mom was sent a thing where she supposedly won like $600k. Knowing it was a scam, she called the bank to have them investigate. They told her here was nothing hey could do AND that had she done it, it's illegal to even participate in that kind of "contest". Since it was illegal, if they decided to drain the account rather than put money in, the authorities couldn't do anything because it was illegal to start with. (Kind of like trying to sue a drug dealer for cheating you.)
Since this is illegal to start with, someone that sent in their CD's wouldn't be able to do anything about it if the guy just kept the CD's... even if it was their neighbor.
