Yep... even clearly says it on the flyer under the cabinets on pages 2 and 3.

Probably nothing to actually go after though, most of the websites, flyers, and "builders" advertising mame cabinets have only ever made a couple of them, they just aren't ACTUALLY profitable.

rich people creep me out.  i think he has a license for those games.  why wouldn't he stick all of them on there otherwise?

Money.  That's the same reason Foley illegally sold NamCo games on his ultracade machines.  It made him money, so he did it until lawyers made him stop.
