Didn't they play cartoon shorts on MTV back in the day?  Those were some strange cartoons.

Yeah. It was on something like liquid TV or something. I barely remember. It was Sci-fi and strange.

Charlize seems to have nailed the flat affect of Aeon's voice, but other than that I really don't think she's got the right face shape.  The public won't go for the movie (railing against an overcontrolling government hasn't been going over very well at the box office these days), and it will fail commercially.  I predict less than $100m domestic gross.

That would be nice, but what are the chances Hollywood will be as interesting as Liquid TV?

You guys neglect the fact that Theron doesnt have the body to pull this character off.  Plus they changed the outfit.  How rude.  ;)

I personally never liked the animation. It was just too wierd for me. It would be hard for the movie to actually be worse.

yea , i remember having to wash off the gay after watching it on liquid TV.
the characters are all disengendered shemales or something..its bizzarre..
