Title: Mame and Scramble question

On Scramble and Mame when you get to the base station the screen scrolls like a ripple moving up the screen and the ships that are launching at you will shift right when they hit the scroll. Anyone have this problem? How did you fix this if possible?

I think the original arcade game also had lousy screen scrolling (rather than smooth scrolling modern games have spoiled us with)

Humm, my guess its the refresh rate of the game and screen update dont match..

Yeah, I've had that effect happen on other games and from memory I fixed it by enabling the triplebuffer option.

-triplebuffer or -tb

This should fix the problem.
