Title: Happ = Industrias Lorenzo?!?

I've noticed that there is the "IL" logo of Industrias Lorenzo on the Supers I ordered from Happ last year and also on the horizontal pushbuttons...so this stuff is actually made by IL and not by Happ themselves? ???
