Can somebody identify this cab ?
I checked out KLOV and all Taito titles that are connected to racing, but none of them appear simular.
Since it's a pretty big screen (25"?) I think it's relatively recent....

Could it be
http://www.klov.com/game_detail.php?game_id=9229
?

The cabinet looks like it may have been a Special Criminal Investigation (http://www.klov.com/game_detail.php?game_id=9700) at some point.
As to what game is actually in it NOW, it could have pretty much any racing game in it at this point, and not necessarily a Taito game.

Yup that's the right cab alright thanks !!!!
(Game title didn't hint to a racing game :) )
Well, this could be the European version maybe ?
The game is supposed to be dead...
But to me it looks like the monitor on the original cab is actualy smaller !
Also, very aparant, the marquee is different and there's no kick panel artwork....
Shame the marquee is only very partialy visible....
Anyway, I made an offer, would be a nice racing MAME cab :)

But to me it looks like the monitor on the original cab is actualy smaller !
It looks like someone did a monitor swap at some point, but kept the original front glass.
It definitely fills the front glass more than the one on KLOV.

Exactly my thoughts....the guy who's offering it says it's defective and thinks it might be the picture tube....but he doesn't sound like a technical person to me so....
We'll see if he accepts my offer :)

Offer accepted, my 3rd cab :)....it looks very tall, hope I will be able to get it up the stairs :)
I really wonder what game will be in there....have to wait a couple of weeks before I can pick it up....
Does anybody recognize the Marquee ?

Got more info on this cab from the seller. It's not a Special Criminal Investigation but a Double Axle:
http://www.klov.com/game_detail.php?letter=D&game_id=7615
This has a bigger monitor then Special Criminal Investigation and the front looks exactly like my cab..so this one has not been converted :)
It's only giving a high pitched sound when the seller tries to power it up.....sounds like a dead monitor ?
Need to be a little more patient until I pick it up in october...
Wow this one seems to be pretty rare:
From KLOV:
Rarity (VAPS.org)
Very Rare - According to a survey conducted by Video Arcade Preservation Society of approximately 800 collectors and their nearly 20,000 games, there are no known instances of this game owned by a known collector.
