Title: How do I turn MAME sideways?

Ok I like Mame32.. it works for me.. very easy to use, I can even manage to make it come up at startup and control it with a joystick

but my arcade machine will have a computer screen flipped sideways so it'll be vertical.. Soo the games will play correctly but the Mame32 game list will be sideways and everyone will have to tilt their head

I don't want to pay for any program to turn my windows sideways lol and I read on other threads that video cards can do this (not sure if mine will anyway) but if I do that.. then won't Mame be all wack? Or will it automatically adjust to whatever orientation windows is in?

I would use another Front End if you want to run vertical.

You can get it to go.  But you need to setup the screen ratio to 3x4 instead of 4x3 and tell mame not to rotate.

does mame32 have the autoror or autorol feature?
