I have been offered a working Neo Geo MVS 4-slot with the memory card slot and 4 games of my choice for $475, is it a good deal?

I would say thats very high.

Gozur also has a 4 slot i won't be buying much cheaper.

Is it a full cab (and if so, what kind) or just a board ?

4 good carts can be worth a big piece of change on their own.

It's a 100% dedicated cab with an excelent monitor with 0 burn-in.

I can chose 4 games from a big box of carts.

If you can get 4 good games and the cab is in as good shape as you say, I'd say it's a good deal.

The 4 slot mobo is worth $200 easy
A good 25" monitor is worth $100 easy
Even if you only think of the cab and controls as worth $50, that works out to be around $30 a cart... and there are PLENTY of carts that command a higher price than that.

If I were you, I'd snag it.  In fact, if it's near NJ and you don't want it, let me know  :P
