Title: sony tv with sound but no image!!

it has sound but the image is just black..anyone know whats the problem? is the tube dead or anything relate to the tube to cause this problem? thx

Is there any flicker or any change on the picture when you power on or switch to another input source?  If on a different input other than tuner, have you made sure all your cables are connected well?  Still under warranty? 

I hope you checked all that but wanted to ask.

nope nothing but black image...
