The first one is a hydra stick.  They Y axis is scaled (more detail in the middle) and it kinda sucks for starwars.  Its enough to notice.  I bought mine for 20 bucks and not 100% sure it was worth it.  Better for driving games then starwars.

not sure of the other.  might be worth it.
