I am looking at buying this CP, just because I like the joysticks.

It's from a Rapid Fire "pinball" machine.
You had to shoot balls as quickly as possible to stop invading aliens.

The joysticks aren't REALLY joysticks.
They have some kind of linkage between them under the CP, that controlled the ball cannon.
