Title: Cruis'n USA

I know that Cruis'n USA is supposed to require like a 3 GHz CPU to run without frameskip, but has anyone here seen it playable on anything lower with reasonable frameskip?

Turn off sound, turn off autoframeskip.

Yes, kill autoframeskip, but also select frameskip 0.  This is mentioned in the FAQ's at www.aarongiles.com.  Basically, since the game has to draw each frame anyway, you get better performance by running at FS 0.
