Title: interfacing a 6 axis (or possibly more) controller cheaply to a pc?
Post by: ultramagnus on July 31, 2005, 05:06:28 pm
how would one accomplish this? as i am thinking of building a dual joystick controller with rudder controller on each one, would hacking 2 usb joysticks work or would windows (and games) just think of them as one stick?

I would contact andy and see if he can ship out a 6 axis APac.  I believe he has done it on a case by case bases.

You could use 3 dual strike hacks.

i just like dual joystick configurations really.... just the best way i have found to control games.

this is my problem you see, very few games (if indeed any) apart from mame, support more than one joystick like input device, which is the problem.

i was wondering if there was any kind of usb encoder that could support that many axis
