Title: Cant Enable Auto-Panning in Windows XP

I have read the instructions on the Ultimarc site about enabling auto panning (http://www.ultimarc.com/avgainst.html). I have a Well-Gardner Monitor plug into a ArcadeVGA card, when i go into Display, Properties, Advanced, Displays, i cant not select the monitor , as it say there is not a monitor connected, and blanked out! How can i enable auto panning, as windows thinks theres not a monitor connected! Is there a monitor driver i need?
