There are many threads on this here in the forums and in the MameWAH forum at Mameworld. Do a search for more information but basically if your running 800x600 you NEED to create a layout that is 600x800. Then you need to use some sort of utility tho rotate the Windows desktop. MameWAH doesn't have rotation built in. nVidia and ATI have a utility built into their driver. A third party app that does it is Pivot Pro.
Good Luck,

You need to have a layout that is 480x640 or 600x800 as opposed to 640x480 or 800x600. That was a pretty quick reply. I take it you didn't do the search as suggested and read all the posts already available. :police:

yup ive done a lot of searches befor i posted this post,, im not the best at this sort of thing, and now im going to have to learn how to change the image size in some sort of software i think, what other frontends have the rotate system built in????? ::)

Making a new layout is really pretty simple. Just open up mamewah layout designer and play around with it for awhile.

There are a couple of Vertical layouts available at www.screenshotarchive.com if you want to try a couple.
