Title: What game is this please ....

I navigate a car through a maze to try and retrieve little yellow flags and you can push a button to make smoke clouds come out behind you .....   

thanks .... this is driving me crazy

I was incredibly amused when I found that they'd included Rally X for play in place of a load screen on the PSP version of Ridge Racer...  I was even more amused when my friend (who was playing the game when I saw it) didn't realize it was an old arcade game.
