Title: Bally Shoot-A-Line
Post by: Karetaker on July 29, 2005, 04:25:09 pm
Does anyone have an easy way to convert a Bally Shoot-A-Line to 2 coins? I did one before but wasn't real happy with it. The way I had it wired the shutter motor would cycle and drop the balls on the first coin. It wouldn't give the cards until the second quarter, but I just wasn't thrilled with the balls dropping. The one I have now has the coin-stepper unit in it and working. I was going to use that, but if anyone knows an easy way to do it please let me know. I got this thing working like a charm, and this is the last thing I have to do to it to get it out of my shop.

Thanks

I don't know anything about this particular game, but most games have switches for either the number of credits per coin,  the number of coins per credit, or both.  Consult your manual.

The manual is pretty worthless when it comes to this. It's just not as simple as an adjustment, it needs modified. It's an old single coin from somewhere around 1962 or there abouts.

Nevermind..... I GOT IT!!!!! I found a fairly simple modification and now it's adjustable from 2,3,4,5, or 6 coins.

Thanks anyway.
