I know that this isn't really arcade related, but I recently acquired an old pop machine for my game room. It works great, but aesthetically, it's in desperate need of a restore.
Me and my wife like root beer, so we've decided that we would like to do a generic root beer theme for the artwork on the machine. We don't want to do a brand (like A&W or IBC etc., just a generic one).
Pretty much it's a blank canvas right now, I was thinking it may look good with a two tone brown and white theme with a generic bottle cap root beer logo or something (I'll attache a crude mock). But I'm totally open to ideas, and I would love to see what some of you really talented and creative people can do (I've seen some of the other things submitted on here and have been blown away).
Thanks in advance for any help.

This is a really cool idea.

I almost think you need some wood grain.

Or a barrel

Or a frosty mug.

Somewhere on there.
I love the font you used for "Root Beer"

yeah, I like that wood grain stuff. I'll attach a larger version of the bottlecap logo thing I had on the mock, in case anyone wants to play with it.

BTW, the font I used for the "ROOT BEER" is Rosewood Std. Thanks again for your help, I'm checking out that root beer site you linked.
