Title: Dell UltraSharp 17 inch, any good?

ok i just bought a dell ultrasharp 17 lcd monitor for $207 including tax and shipping. Thats a good price right? does anyone know anything about this monitor? maybe someone has one now, and could tell me how they like it?

I'm no expert but one would find out the answers to those questions BEFORE buying it.

Great monitor, I have two.  First thing you will need to do is turn the brightness from 100 down to close to 0.  It is extremely bright OOTB.  Good deal also.

thanks, yeah i thought it was a steal and just had to get it, even though i dont have money to through around right now :-\

My dad has this monitor.. its pretty decent, especially for that price.  it's not top of the line, but you should be really happy with it.

umm thats like $180 over my budget...

I dont think i would ever spend over $250 on any monitor, thats just me

I just recieved the monitor today and its amaizing but like darktemp said i had to turn the britness down actually all the way to zero, i first turned it on and was blinded for a couple minutes, lol ;D
