Just wanted to remind people to wear sunscreen when they do any sort of outdoor activities.
I learned the hard way (again) by doing the typical male "I'll be fine." and not wearing any today and I'm sure I'll be paying for it for a couple days now at least.
I look like a freakin' lobsta! Funny thing though (which is also good because it would probably hurt real bad) is that my fingers didn't burn. The burn goes all the way down my arms onto the backs of my hands and then stops about a half inch from my first knuckle. It's kinda goofy looking. :P
Learn from my mistakes people! ::)

I do the same thing, so you're not alone.
I'm a redhead with fair skin. I don't actually tan... I just have 2 skin tones... white and red.
The strange thing is, my burns don't actually hurt anymore. They used to when I was a kid, but not anymore. I have no idea why, and it does concern me a bit.

Here in florida we have to SOAK in sunscreen for fear of catching fire, it's not a good situation in the summer.

Here in Australia we take on the sun (and the hole in the ozone layer) because we are real men and can handle the pain.
No seriously - Slip, Slop, Slap.
Sun cancer kills.
