Title: need simple cut and paste vector marquee made...

hey guys,

i'm working on my marquee and just need someone to vectorize two words, then cut and paste some stuff that is already vectorized, and poof, my marquee is done.

just to give an idea of what i'm looking for...

my marquee will be 27 inches wide, and 9 3/4 tall, red background, with the neo geo logo in the top right corner and the now featuring lettering in the left corner and 6 minimarquee windows accross the bottom at normal size, yet to be detirmined.

for the "one shot" marquee you want, any graphical app may fit your needs
you may use any program for that

if some pieces you want to use exists in vector format use a program that can import ai files. and volai.
