the kind like on tmnt and simpsons cabs

Neither of those games had a 4 slot coin door. They both used 2 seperate 2 slot over/under coin doors. You may want to consider doing the same. They're alot easier to come by.

well some tmnt and simpsons do have 4 slot door some don't

Try Happ Controls # 40-0008-00 or 40-0946-00 doors.
If you want really cheap then try ebay.
-
They're easy to find "off the shelf", but they're pretty pricey IMO. Ebay would be the place to find one cheaper, but they're still a high-demand item so that doesn't guarantee a good price there, either. And that's if you can even find one up for auction. I haven't looked today, but I know I've looked in the past and pickings were slim.

The Happ door comes with the door only. It does not come with a cash box. The "cash box assembly" can be seen in the exploded view... you can get them in double, triple, or four entry versions depending on what door you buy. You'd need the 4 slot one if you got that door obviously.
I'm not sure what the "harness and meter" is in the description, but my guess is the harness is the wiring for the door, and the meter is a coin meter to tell you how many coins have been inserted into the machine. Think odometer for quarters.
