ive tried googling and couldnt find any xbox games that use the lightgun besides house of the dead 3, do any of you guys know of any other xbox games that use the light gun?

yeah i saw that game on a website somewhere but they dont make it any more, are you sure thats all there is? what about import games? i have a modded xbox so i can play them, are there any import games that use the lightgun?

I'm not sure but you might be able to use them with the NES emulator to play duck hunt. Xbox doesn't really have much in the way of light gun games. If your into light gun games you should look into getting a Playstation 2.

wow i never thought of trying duck hunt but still that game isnt very fun any more, lol and i actually traded my ps2 for thexbox i have now ;D no regrets

As far as actual Xbox games go, there are only 4:
HoTD 3 (HoTD 2 is a bonus on the disc)
Silent Scope Complete
Starsky & Hutch
Unfortunately Silent Scope is completely worthless though. You have to set the brightness up so high to get a lightgun to work, that it is actually uncomfortable to play.
Starsky & Hutch is a great game to play with a friend. One person uses a controller or wheel to drive, while the other uses the lightgun. You can also do this single player, by driving with the d-stick on the gun, but that is a rather difficult thing. It is however VERY easy and fun to drive yourself with a wheel with one hand while you do your shooting with the gun in the other.
If your Xbox is modded, then you can use it with nes, snes, and mame, which gives youa good number of others, though the more advanced shooters in MAME do not run on Xbox very well if at all. Point Blank runs great, though there is no sound, and both Zero Point games work great with sound.

cool thanks for the info ill have to try all those snes games out, and i didnt know starsky and hutch was light gun compatible :o and ive seen that game in stores like a hundred times, so what about import games? any import xbox lightgun games? just curious ::)

Nope. :( There was the hope that Virtua Cop 3 would make it to Xbox, since it was running on Sega's Xbox based arcade machine (Chihiro), but that doesn't appear to be happening. :'(
How's the accuracy for the nes and snes lightgun games on emulated on XBOX? I've played nesterdc on Dreamcast (I think version 7.0 has lightgun support), and the accuracy is terrible. It's definitely not playable on the Dreamcast using nesterdc. If I could play nes and snes lightgun games on XBOX with good accuracy, that would be great.

I never had any accuracy issues at all with the NES games. I can't remember how the accuracy was with the SNES shooters, as it has been a long time since I tried it out. I do remember calibrating being a pain, but nothing stands out in my head about issues after that.
