Title: Ghetto Arcade Cheap Arcade Emulator

Anyone know anything about this emulator? Picked up a frankenstein cocktail and this emulator was running on it. Can't find anything on the web about it.

Never heard of it. Can you post a photo of what it looks like?
Is it just a PC running Mame from a home-made 'Ghetto' front-end?

Does the frontend look like this?
This is a Multicade 9-in-1 PCB. I'm pretty sure that you can change the title text to whatever you want (like Ghetto Arcade).

Maybe Mamewah or another cabinet FE with a custom skin?

It is Game Launcher.  A decent (although rarely updated) FE that runs in DOS, Win, and (maybe) Linux.
