I'm using a Wells Gardner D9200 (27" VGA Arcade monitor), a Trident Blade T64 card, and AdvanceMAME. I'm having problems with the T64 card (moves in and out of focus randomly) and need to find an alternative soultion.
What's the next best video card after a T64 for the above configuration?

I would say go with either an ATI or Nvidia chipset card. I've had pretty good luck with GeForce cards under AdvanceMAME, and I've heard a lot of people are also happy with the the ATI's, too.
Since you are using a D9200, you don't have to worry about 15kHz compatibility, which would be just about the only good reason to use the Trident Blade cards.

Marco:
What games do you see exhibiting this behavior? I would like to see if it happens here too.
Thanks,

Is this accurate?? I thought the T64 was great for any arcade monitor because it allowed perfect screens at all frequencies.

The T64 is great for standard resolution (15kHz) arcade monitors, simply because there aren't many other options available until Andy's new card is released. The reason the T64 is recommended for arcade monitors is because it can output 15.75 kHz through the use of the Mon Arc Plus TSR (http://homepage.ntlworld.com/andrew.lewis5/arcade/monarc.htm).
However, the D9200 is a vga capable monitor, not a true 15kHz arcade monitor. What I'm saying is that for exactly the reason that the T64 is recommended is not even utilized when used with a vga monitor. Sure the T64 supports many custom resolutions, but so do the ATI and nvidia cards.
You may also want to check out the AdvanceMAME users list (http://sourceforge.net/mailarchive/forum.php?forum=advancemame-users), too, to see if anyone else has had this problem with a similar setup.
