Title: Tokn 16 Could use some help
Post by: Chiprazor on July 16, 2005, 06:10:41 am
Now it's not fair to laugh but I ordered two of these before seeing any reviews on them.  I hope these are not encoders for a gumball machine lol.

Anyhow, I plan to daisy chain 2 tokn 16's using a 2 player setup with mame.  I hope to use my coin door, escape, 1P 2P start, 2 joysticks, 2 action buttons each player, and possible 2 buttons on the side of my cabinet for Visual Pinball.

I do have diodes and know that they will aid in the setup to prevent ghosting.  I hope that I could make this work and report back on any success.  Thanks to anyone who has some imput.

If you use the diodes you should be okay.

I was not very impressed with the passthru.  If I were you, I would put the primary controls on the first TOKN KB16 and the admin functions on the daisy-chained one.
