Title: Last Chance for 2005 BYOAC Token Design, Polls to begin Friday Jul 22 (extended)

OK, things are calming down in my life and I will be able to spend a little more time here than I have been.

I think there are some great entries and I'm excited about seeing this come to a close.  The thing that didn't really work to me was the whole front/ back submissions.  Some seem a little like one or the other but most don't seem exclusive at all.  I suggest that the vote be held for the best overall and then hold a second poll to see which design goes with it the best.  We might otherwise lose the best second side because it is in the wrong category.  We could also get two sides that don't fit together as well as they could.

The mods stickied this thread, but the poll hasn't yet made its appearance. :-\

Santoro's mentioned that he's been really busy lately -- I'd expect that the poll will be up soon, though.

I saw a flurry of design activity when this sticky was created so I thought the right thing to do was to delay a few more days until it settled down and folks got thier final entries in.

I will draw a firm line in the sand of Friday July 22 as the deadline.

Santoro,

Not to strike a nerve or anything, but where is pricing info posted?  Do you have any idea what the pricing is going to come in at if we get in on the initial offering of this token run?  Also, will the USPS flat rate $7.70 box hold a 500 token package?  I don't think there is a weight limit on it and it is also Priority Mail.  This may help add to some shipping savings on any size run and help you to use the same size box for ALL shipments.

Pricing will be same as that listed at the site in my sig if we have enough interest to order 10,000 of whatever we order. If we need to order only 5000 prices will need to go up. I will rework the shipping instructions to account for the new flat-rate box, we just found out about those a few weeks ago.
