Will this be more than enough for a MAME cab? ATI Radeon 9200 AGP 8X 128MB DDR Video Card w/TV-Out & CRT. I will be using the TV-out. I know MAME doesn't use graphic acceleration but I was told ATI had one of the best TV-outs.

It's overkill, and should work just fine. If you haven't already bought it, I'd consider finding a cheaper one (if that one is expensive). Any ATI with TV-Out would suit your needs just fine.

It is $89 with a $20 mail in rebate so it is $69. I will keep looking for a cheaper ATI with video out since I haven't ordered this one yet. Unless this is infact a good price.
Looked some more and it looks like the cheapest please let me know if you know of a cheaper one.

I can't vouch for the quality of this card, but MSI is usually pretty good stuff:

Well this is cheaper! Does anyone have or use this card in there machine? I want a good quality s-video. If this is good or great please let me know and I will be sure to order it ASAP.

I'm finding the same card on ebay for consistently cheaper.

Can't comment on TV-out since I'm using RGB but if you plan to play modern PC games you should go for a card with hardware FSAA. For ATI that should be >= 9600 which doesn't cost much more than the 9200.

I run a 9200se in conjunction with a Duron 1800 on one of my cabs and it is capable of playing Doom3 so I wouldn't worry about it in that respect. It's a solid budget card and i've put it in a few systems for friends as well.
The TV out works just fine as well with plenty of options.I would however suggest downloading the latest drivers from ATI as soon as you get it.

I got a cheap card on Ebay for about $25 total (including shipping)
