Title: Dip switch setting or manual info needed

i recently bought a "Great 1000 Mile Rally 2" game and can't find this info anywhere.  Anyone know where i can find them?  I've only been able to find the setting for the first of the series, not the second.  Thanks in advance for any help any of you can offer.
