Title: Spinner works on windows but not in games

Why does my spinner not work with my games? It works just fine when windows is open and I am on the regular screen. Why is that and how can I fix it.

You need to enable mouse support in mame.  If you're using mame32 go to Options/Default Game Options, when that screen pops up click on the Controllers tab and select "Enable mouse input"
