btw, these aren't that good as a starwars yoke.  I have one and not super happy with it.  Not enought to pay 200 for a starwars yoke (why didn't I buy one when they where 40 bucks for a good one??  saved 20 bucks to get a hydra... :( )

Anyway, the y axis is scaled.  So the center has more detail then the edges.  This sucks for most games. 

Also, the springs make you want to stay in the center... and takes a LOT of energy to start moving up / down.  I ended up removing the springs completely.  I was planning on adding a different type of resistence, but haven't got around to it yet.  (my frontend doesn't work with joysticks yet... and so I can't control it with my hydra control panel... so I don't use it all that often.

LMFAO! That beat up yoke with the electrical tape holding the handle together went for $114! Add $15 shipping onto that!

That does it... I'm building my own!
