Title: toggle switches
Post by: toyfiend2004 on July 08, 2005, 04:56:43 pm
okay... i apologize if this has been somewhere on the forums before. (and if it has, please do not flame me.  I am still trying to navigate these awesome pages).  if one hacked a Playstation controller, could you use a toggle switch to switch between using the normal arcade controls for PC and using them for console use?  my theory is this:
You wire one set from arcade controls to toggle switch.  then you wire it from toggle to IPAC on one side, and from toggle to PS2 hack on the other side.  Is this thinking correct?

Several people have done it, but none of them are me. I can't give any specific examples off the top of my head.

okay, but to make this work, which wires would I connect to the toggle and how do I connect them?
