Howdy all,
I've just had a driving sim cab delivered.
And as you can see on the picture, the monitor display isn't quite right.

The monitor was working fine before it was transported to the new location,
but came off the truck with this problem.
I cab is fine and the game is playing.
Please help me with what to do next. ( Novice )

I'm assuming that you checked to be sure the monitor, it's circuit boards, and other items in the cabinet were properly secured/bolted down for transport?
Looks like maybe a bad solder joint on the monitor main circuit board for the vertical yoke section or bad capacitors in that section. If the board was not properly secured for transport, then it may now have a crack in the foil traces (or right through the board).

All appears to be OK at first glance.
I will look a little harder.
Any other suggestions?

Anybody got any ideas?

Take the monitor to a professional repair tech or have one come to your location.
