Ok I just got in my new Betson Imperial 27" and I can't find the power cable. I have a VGA connector and a remote monitor adjustment, but I can't find the power cable. I don't even see were you could plug a standard VGA monitor power cable into.
The monitor had no manual so I am lost.
Help!!!! I am dying to see this thing in action.
Thanks

Looking from the back it is on the lower left side. Black cable that splits into three parts in the monitor portion and has a standard three prong plug on the other end. Mine was attached when I received mine.

There isn't a cable with the 3 prong on the left side. There is a red and white wire going into a black casing. This cable then wraps around the whole monitor and has platic ties holding it in place. At the end of the black casing is a single female round prong.
I took some pictures, but I don't know how to add them to the message.
Man does this suck. I have been waiting for 4 weeks for this monitor to arrive and now I can't even try it.

add pictures by clicking additional options when you post,512kb is the maximum size...

Here is a picture of the left side and the right. The right side has the vga cable and monitor controls. I can't even see where you would plug in a power cable.
There is about 6 prongs next to where the vga cable plugs in, maybe that is it, but since there wasn't a cable with the monitor I have no idea. The two cables running down the back (on the left and middle from top to bottom) are my speaker wires.
I will have to call them in the morning.

I just spoke to Betson and they need to ship a power cable out. I don't know why they are not in the boxes. Just a warning that this could happen to you, so make sure you contact them when you place your online order.
The power cable connects to the two little silver prongs on CN103. You can see on the top picture that there are are couple prongs towards the left side.

You sure the power cord isn't the black cord zip-tied to the right side frame in the second picture? I can't see the whole thing, but it sure looks like it.
-
No, That is the VGA cable.

1) Does it say anything about the power cord in the manual?
2) Is there an IEC plug on the back? Sort of like the standard plug that are on most PC monitors and power supplies? (detachable power cord)

If your monitor is the multisynch one then it looks like its supposed to be here:

They just overnighted the cable to me. I am finally ready to see this baby in action.
The missing power cable was a mistake, but others should be aware of it.
There isn't a manual with the tube so I asked their tech support and he walked me through it.

Betson-Imperial usually includes a manual with every monitor inside the packing box. If you did not have one with your monitor then I'd be sure to call them and ask for it.
