Here is the Capcom fighter joystick that I made for a friend:
It has all Happ Controls joysticks and buttons, and an I-PacVE for the encoder board.

It is real, but it has a plexiglass cover on it.

I used the template from the Street Fighter Alpha manual. :-\
I think i used that when I built my first cp, and it was too far apart for my liking. I dont know why they have it like that.
