yea, I played the crap out of it for a while.  Got two characters into the 30s and just kinda lost interest.  The mechanics are really solid and fun, there needs to be more "game" to go along with them.

I wouldn't say M&B is "crappy"; I think it's pretty amazing considering it was developed by one dude and his wife.  The combat system is far far superior to what Morrowind, or any other AAA first-person RPG, had to offer.  The game just didn't have any kind of storyline whatsoever, it's more of a tech demo or proof-of-concept kind of project.

Then dont play MMOs..

Free servers, for the most part on NEW mmos, are trash.. the GMs tend to be ignorant fools who wont bat an eye and take everything you have because they dont like your chars name..

And lets not even get into stability of servers, and the world functioning correctly..
