The worst part is that it was in the bottom, so they had been eating that contaminated peanut butter for who knows how long.

If she doesn't file a civil suit, it's not a hoax.  That would be the only sane reason someone would do that...

Now that it's been on the news, I guarantee you she has received calls from about 50 civil attorneys trying to convince her to sue, and offering their services...
