You want a "geared" spinner.  What is commonly known as an "Arkanoid Spinner"

try a Tron spinner.  Man those things are heavy and they work great for games like arkanoid witout being geared.

Doesn't have the same knob, but mechanically it's pretty close.  Ought to play about the same.
