Title: golden tee with new mame versions question...

k, im upgrading to v.90 of mame, and i know that the golden tee games up to 2k are working now with mame really well, but its at version .94 or something.  my question is, i have romsets updated and working for .90, so if i upgrade to say .96 or something so i can play golden tee, will those games that worked before not work anymore?  does that make sense?

Some will, some won't.  Just make a backup of your old exe and install the new file.  Then play some games.

Or you could have two versions of Mame.

Personally I'd just upgrade, use ClrMame and be done with it.
