Title: How do I use existing CP buttons as mouse-clicks?

I'd like to use existing buttons on my CP as left-click and right-click.

You can do it through MAME while a game is runnig. Just go the the in-game menu. The first options is for game-specific settings. The second one is for global control settings. Just leave your mouse on all the time and replace your Ctrl with a left click. Knock yourself out.
