Title: Could some kind soul tidy this up for me

One of the decals on my fruit machine is nearly falling to bits. I want to print out a new one. I have scanned a copy of the existing one. If someone would take this image & either vector it or just make a nice tidy version to print out, I would be forever greatful.

How big is it supposed to be?  Your pic looks not like a scan but rather a photo.  Your decal looks in good enough condition to scan it at 300 dpi or thereabouts and simply print out a copy.  Regardless, I did a quick cleanup and these are the results.

It was a 100mm x 60mm big decal. That was actually a scan @ 600dpi.
