Title: Can a mini-itx board display seperate outputs through VGA and tv-out?

I really didn't know where to put this. I promise it's project-related.

I was just curious to know if I can get independent output throught the VGA and tv-out on a VIA mini-itx board.

Independent?  As in two monitors where you can extend the desktop?  No.  The TV-out and VGA will display the same image.

I asw this on eBay a while ago and thought about buying it.

It is a PCI card that allows one PC to be split into 2 maybe this will work?

No that's really not what I'm looking for. If I needed to extend my desktop I could just get a cheapo tv-out card.
