Title: What voltages do you get at each pinout on a jamma connector?

Can anyone tell me what voltages you get at each of the 28 connectors on a jamma female connector? 

I know that 3 and 4 are 5v and pin 6 is 12v but cant find out what the rest are.

The parts side of the board is labeled 1-28 and the other side is A-AF.
