Title: Create Gif's (Whats the Best *FREE*) Program?

I Must have downloaded Over a Hundred Different Animation Programs and not one of them was up to quality or even free...
PLZ Help!

Paint Shop Pro (30 day at least) thats enought to get you going then when it expires, maybe uninstall and re-install to get another 30 day .

can you combine up to 20 images in a Gif?

check out my page, and look at the menu section. I think I have more than 20 images in that GIF.
