Title: how do you guys print those huge image?

i want to print a marquee for my cab..where do you guy go to print huge image like this?

I think most guys from this forum get there marquees printed from Scott as Mamemarquees, he seems to be extremely helpful and the quality of the print is excellent, or so I'm told.
