Snaake, which book is that scan from? I'm guessing "Capcom Design Works." Need to get that one.

Does it say who the artist is?

That art is really amazing considering what a letdown most of the artwork in alpha 3 was. I consider Bengus' artwork on Alpha 2 to be my favorite videogame artwork ever.
